Started in 1990 by the father, the company has been working with reputable architects and developers and has then been recognized as a reliable company with high quality and workmanship in Singapore. In year 2007, the son joined the company, who handles mainly upscale projects for the past 15 years. The 2 industry veterans together with team, has built a diverse range of portfolios that includes residential projects, commercial projects, condo show flats, and upscale projects such as penthouse and good class bungalow.
We are registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and we are also BizSafe 3 certified. The team behind Urbanomic Space prides itself for producing quality over quantity. We guarantee clients a transparent pricing and stress free renovation process.
We have a carpentry team in Singapore and a 15,000 sqft self-owned fabrication factory in Malaysia Johor Bahru. This not only ensures our competitive pricing, the fabrication process and craftsmanship are well controlled too.
